The team at HighCraft restored this 1924 classic Craftsman bungalow to its original splendor. True to its architectural style, the 2,585-s.f. home is filled with the warmth of custom woodworking, including solid oak floors, doors, board and batten wainscoting, and a built-in cozy inglenook seating area that flanks the refurbished fireplace.

HighCraft delivered a home remodel that is warm and welcoming with subtle nods to ranching and the western way of life.

Our remodeling team created a master suite, and removed several walls, to deliver a more open, generous and inviting floor plan.

HighCraft transformed this dark and dated three-bedroom, two-bath weekend lake house into a safe and comfortable full-time home for a father and his three daughters.

Built in 2005, this 2,000-s.f. patio home on Highland Meadows Golf Course was ripe for a luxurious makeover. The modern, yet elegant, whole-house update includes alder and walnut cabinetry, quartz countertops, metallic tile by Ann Sacks, and additional designer lighting and finish selections in a warm monochromatic palette.

This Fort Collins remodel involved an interior remodel, an exterior front entry facelift, and creating multiple spaces for outdoor living. Inside, we updated the kitchen, dining room and great room, creating a ledgestone fireplace surround that serves as a beautiful focal point and practical room divider.

This charming 1910 Queen Anne farmhouse in Old Town Fort Collins has undergone several remodeling projects over the years. The guest house, garage, and main living space were updated with modern amenities that honor the owner’s traditional tastes yet maintain a period-appropriate style.

This 1905 two-story farmhouse has undergone many changes in its lifetime. At one point, a portion of the 4,391-s.f. space was converted into a professional dentist office. HighCraft Builders converted the dental exam rooms back into a warm residential living space.

Ros and Andrew loved the bones of their home built in the 1990s, but its “mountain lodge” look and feel wasn’t their style. They wanted a more modern, European design and an open floorplan to maximize their foothills views.
