HighCraft created a light and bright open floorplan, yet preserved the original bones and character of this circa 1900 home.

Our design-build team completely transformed a tired and dated ranch-style house into a modern and sophisticated lakefront home.

The original galley kitchen in this 1923 Craftsman bungalow was only big enough for one cook at a time, which was a problem for a family of four that loved to cook together. To increase the kitchen’s tiny footprint, our team expanded into a nearby bedroom and hallway, allowing us to include a marble-topped island to anchor the room.

HighCraft modernized this circa 1920s historic landmark, yet preserved and honored its Prairie-style design.

This homeowner loves to entertain, but her existing galley kitchen and cramped living room weren’t up to the task. She wanted a bright and airy open floorplan with a gourmet kitchen at the heart of a larger living space.

When Rick and Kate purchased a 1965 ranch-style house in north Fort Collins, they called HighCraft to help with an extensive remodel. In addition to updating bedrooms for their seven kids, they also asked HighCraft to refresh every room in the home with soothing earth tones and textures.

HighCraft updated this dark and dated country house, and transformed it into a rustic Colorado ranch home.
