When our clients moved to be closer to their children and grandkids, they wanted to turn their basement into a family gathering space—with a twist. What began as an unfinished basement in southeast Fort Collins is now a vibrant, light-filled retreat that perfectly mirrors the homeowners’ adventurous spirit and active lifestyle. From the custom sauna and precision-crafted steam shower, to the climbing wall, game room, and cozy lounge area, every corner of this remodel is designed for comfort, play, and relaxation.
