Modern Home Addition

This multi-phase remodel expanded and updated the home to better support the homeowners’ needs. An earlier phase included a kitchen refresh and primary suite remodel, while the latest phase focused on creating additional living space and improving everyday function. An existing second-story deck was enclosed and expanded with a two-story addition, creating a larger mudroom and new powder bath on the main level and a larger bedroom upstairs. The additional space also allowed for a more spacious laundry room with custom cabinetry and storage. The result is a cohesive home with more room, better organization, and functional spaces designed for everyday living.
