When Kate and AJ’s Fort Collins home began to feel tight as their family and work-from-home needs evolved, they turned to HighCraft Builders to create a thoughtful solution without leaving the neighborhood they loved. By reclaiming unused attic space above the garage, our team designed and built a seamless 707-square-foot addition that blends effortlessly with the existing home.

The new living area includes a light-filled workspace for Kate, a convenient wet bar, a cozy lounge, a finished storage room, and a private guest suite with en-suite bath—perfect for extended visits from family. Special care was taken to match rooflines, exterior materials, and interior finishes so the addition feels original to the home. Filled with natural light and designed for flexibility, the addition provides quiet areas for work, comfortable gathering spaces for family, and a welcoming retreat for guests—all seamlessly connected to the existing home.
