For the second year in a row, HighCraft Builders was named Remodeler of the Year by the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association (NoCo HBA) — the professional industry association for our eight-county region.
The honor is especially meaningful because HighCraft was voted Remodeler of the Year by our industry peers, including professional builders, developers, vendors and remodelers from across a nearly 16,000-square-mile area of northern Colorado.
“Each year, the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado recognizes members who have made a meaningful impact on our Association, our industry, and our community,” said Victoria Hall, Executive Officer of NoCo HBA. “From leadership and advocacy to engagement and growth, these individuals and organizations exemplify what it means to be an active HBA member. Your engagement strengthens the NoCo HBA, and we’re proud to celebrate the members who helped move our Association forward in 2025.”
Since 1967, NoCo HBA has been a champion of best practices in all segments of the residential building industry, representing 54 municipalities such as Berthoud, Estes Park, Firestone, Fort Collins, Greeley, Johnstown, Loveland, Red Feather Lakes, Sterling, Timnath, Wellington, Windsor and surrounding communities.
NoCo HBA members — including HighCraft Builders — also belong to the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), reflecting a strong commitment to excellence.
