HighCraft Builders was honored to receive four awards at this year’s Northern Colorado Parade of Homes, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado.
Owner Dwight Sailer, and Lead Architectural Designer Aubrey Carson, accepted the awards on behalf of the entire HighCraft team at the 2026 Parade of Homes Golden Key Award ceremony held on October 1 in Loveland.
Out of the 36 homes built by 24 regional builders in the Parade, our team won Best Overall Workmanship and Design for our whole-home remodel and custom carriage house in Old Town Fort Collins, and Best Overall Workmanship and Design, Best Bedroom and Bathroom, and the Golden Key Award for a custom home we designed and built for a wonderful client in Berthoud. This marks the third consecutive year that a HighCraft project has received a Golden Key Award, the evening’s top honor, awarded to the standout home in each category.
“We’re grateful to have had two very different HighCraft projects represented in this year’s Parade. A lot of people had a hand in making these homes what they are, and both represent a tremendous amount of collaboration between our clients, our team and our trade partners,” said Dwight. “We’re proud of the work that went into both homes, and especially thankful to our clients for opening their doors so we could share them with the community.”

Hosted by the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado in September each year, the annual NoCo HBA Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour that is open and free to the public. The Parade is a no-cost, no-obligation way for people to assess builder quality, research neighborhoods, and view construction trends across Northern Colorado.
We were grateful to welcome nearly 500 visitors to our custom home in Berthoud and 460 visitors to our whole-home remodel in Old Town Fort Collins during this year’s Parade.
Most of all, we want to thank our homeowners for graciously opening their doors to the public. We also want to thank NoCo HBA, our trusted vendors and talented tradespeople, and every member of the HighCraft team who made these projects possible.
