For the second year in a row, HighCraft Builders won the Golden Key Award for our team’s entry in the Northern Colorado Parade of Homes, hosted by the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association.
The Golden Key Award honors the best builders in the Parade of Homes, and is awarded to a small number of entries that demonstrate exceptional style, design excellence, and superior craftsmanship. HighCraft received top marks from a panel of judges to win the Golden Key Award in the “Remodel” category.
HighCraft Builders owner Dwight Sailer, his wife Dana, and production manager D Walker with his wife, Beverly, accepted the award on behalf of the entire HighCraft team at the 2025 Parade of Homes Golden Key Award ceremony held on September 25th in Fort Collins. Of the 16 builders and 27 home entries, HighCraft was the only remodeling company to receive top honors at the event.
What makes this award even more special is that the project was led by D, whose leadership and hard work were recognized as he celebrated the honor alongside Beverly.

Hosted by the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado in September each year, the annual NoCo HBA Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour that is open and free to the public. The Parade is a no-cost, no-obligation way for people to assess builder quality, research neighborhoods, and view construction trends across Northern Colorado.
