Communication is one of my hot buttons and there were none to push when it came to the HighCraft team. My job was originally scheduled to begin in March and had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and stay-at-home orders. Andy and Matt stayed in touch with me until we could reschedule, and kept me well informed of what was happening throughout the work when it occurred.
