Western-Inspired Basement Remodel
When Frank and Robbie set out to finish the spacious basement in their northeast Fort Collins home, they envisioned more than just extra square footage—they wanted a warm, welcoming extension of their main floor that reflected their love for western style and entertaining. Working closely with our team, they created a custom lower level with rich materials, rustic details, and smart design choices built to support aging in place. From the saloon-style wet bar with a curved knotty alder top and hammered copper sink, to the cozy lounge with a moss rock fireplace and timber mantel, every detail was designed with personality and purpose. The basement also features a poker room with tin ceilings, a game room filled with natural light, and a guest bathroom with bold western finishes. To top it off, a custom elevator ensures safe and convenient access for years to come. For Frank and Robbie, this is more than a remodel—it’s a forever space tailored to their lifestyle.
