For the fourth year in a row, HighCraft Builders received the Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction for providing exceptional customer service among home building and remodeling contractors in the residential construction industry.
Since 2005, GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company based in Atlanta, has honored top home building professionals through its annual Guildmaster Award program.
The Guildmaster Award recognizes and celebrates home building, remodeling, and contracting professionals that consistently demonstrate the highest level of customer service (90 percent recommendation ratings or higher) in the United States and Canada.
Fort Collins, Colorado-based HighCraft Builders was honored with the most prestigious designation – the Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction – because the company received a cumulative customer recommendation rating between 98 and 100 percent.
According to the GuildQuality website, 2025 marks the 20th Annual Guildmaster Awards, which “shine a spotlight on the industry’s best in home building, remodeling, and home services. This milestone year brings special recognition to those who continuously raise the bar in customer service, making it an especially exciting time to honor the dedication and commitment of our standout members.”
