Since 2005, GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company based in Atlanta, has honored top home building professionals through its annual Guildmaster Award program.
The Guildmaster Award recognizes and celebrates home building, remodeling, and contracting professionals that consistently demonstrate the highest level of customer service (90 percent recommendation ratings or higher) in the United States and Canada.
Out of nearly 2,000 eligible businesses, HighCraft is one of 400 companies within the residential construction industry recognized by GuildQuality for consistently delivering superior customer care.
HighCraft was honored with the most prestigious designation – the Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction – because the company received a cumulative customer recommendation rating between 98 and 100 percent.
