As a former 9-1-1 dispatcher, Susie is a proven problem-solver driven to make a positive difference in the lives of others. With a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Colorado State, Susie is also well versed in business ethics, healthy workplaces, and how to best support clients as well as her hardworking team. Her role as Office Administrator at HighCraft combines her serving heart with a deep commitment to workplace excellence.

LIKES: Efficient processes. The color green. Being a helper. Spending time with her husband and four kids. Sipping Dutch Brothers coffee as she walks her two English bulldogs. Plein air painting in the outdoors, especially landscapes. Chaperoning her son’s Boy Scout adventures.
DISLIKES: Spicy food. Excessive mouth noises, like crunching or slurping. Mean-spirited people.
More than meets the eye:
Being a 9-1-1 dispatcher was a tough, high-stress job that taught Susie how to keep a cool head under pressure. Two different times, she helped deliver a baby over the phone before first responders arrived. Both moms and their babies are doing well.
