HighCraft Builders has once again been recognized for excellence in customer experience, earning the Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction for the sixth consecutive year.
Presented annually by GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company based in Atlanta, the Guildmaster Awards honor top-performing home building and remodeling contractors across the residential construction industry. Since 2005, the program has recognized companies that consistently deliver an exceptional client experience.
The Guildmaster Award is reserved for home builders, remodelers, and contractors who achieve recommendation ratings of 90 percent or higher from their clients across the United States and Canada. Out of nearly 2,000 eligible businesses, HighCraft is one of approximately 400 companies within the residential construction industry that met the rigorous standards required to earn Guildmaster recognition.
HighCraft was honored with the most prestigious designation, the Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction, for maintaining a cumulative customer recommendation rating between 98 and 100 percent.
The 2026 Guildmaster Awards continue to highlight companies that raise the standard for service in home building and remodeling, recognizing those who prioritize communication, trust, and client satisfaction throughout the construction process.
