Queen Anne Farmhouse Remodel

This charming 1910 Queen Anne farmhouse in Old Town Fort Collins has undergone several remodeling projects over the years. The guest house, garage, and main living space were updated with modern amenities that honor the owner’s traditional tastes yet maintain a period-appropriate style. The kitchen is one of our favorite parts of this whole-house remodel. Features include refinished 2.25-inch rift and quarter-sawn red oak floors, white shaker-style cabinets with bin pulls, and a rich Borocca soapstone used for the countertops and apron sink. The beadboard backsplash, schoolhouse pendant lighting, and clever space planning add to the appeal.
