Hosting Thanksgiving, baking treats for co-workers, making hors d’oeuvres for parties, and cleaning up after large meals gives our kitchen a real workout in November and December – often shining a spotlight on our kitchen’s shortcomings.

Every year it’s the same thing. We marvel at how our favorite cooks pull off culinary masterpieces in less-than-ideal conditions, and we wonder how to make their kitchens more functional.
