Each year GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company based in Atlanta, recognizes the top home remodeling companies in the U.S. and Canada through its annual award program.
According to GuildQuality, “The primary requirement for receiving a Guildmaster Award is exemplary customer service, as demonstrated by an extremely high customer recommendation rate. In the home building, remodeling, and real estate industry, the average customer recommendation rate for businesses is approximately 70%. In order to receive a Guildmaster Award, a member must achieve a recommendation rate of 90% or greater.”
Of the thousands of residential construction companies across North America, HighCraft Builders is one of only two design-build home remodeling contractors in Colorado honored by GuildQuality.
