15 Years for Fetters!

Fetters_headshotOur entire crew gathered on Friday to celebrate Scott Fetters’ 15-year anniversary with HighCraft Builders. Scott is such an integral part of the HighCraft team.

His career began in 1994 as a carpenter for Northwest Construction in Loveland. Dwight and Bryan discovered Scott’s reputation for craftsmanship, integrity and hard work, and hired him in 2000.

Scott’s steady hand and quiet leadership give homeowners total peace of mind during every HighCraft remodel. Scott is notorious for going above and beyond the call of duty, too, like the time he delivered a generator to homeowners who lost power during a snowstorm.

In typical Scott fashion, he downplays his level of community involvement. His capacity to see need, and to quietly give back with time and talent, appears limitless. If HighCraft is donating sweat equity, chances are pretty high that Scott is there pitching in.

Thanks for your dedication and hard work, Scotty. Here’s to 15 more years!

At the party, Dwight talked about how much Scott means to the clients and crew of HighCraft. Scott IS HighCraft. When Dwight and Bryan nominated Scott for the BizWest 40 Under 40 leadership award, Dwight insisted, “Scott is the reason why HighCraft has enjoyed such a strong business reputation for 15 years. His integrity, his unwavering commitment to excellence, and his quiet unassuming leadership, are the driving forces behind our company’s success.”
