Bryan Soth MBA, CGP, CAPS

Bryan co-founded HighCraft Builders with Dwight Sailer in 1998. Bryan’s quiet strength and intellectual depth is respected and appreciated by staff, clients and industry peers alike. We’re pretty sure the phrase “still waters run deep” was coined for Bryan. He earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Pomona College in California and his MBA from the University of St.Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Bryan is a Certified Green Professional and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist.

As a co-founder of HighCraft Builders, he’s a steady rock in a self-made pool of deep, cool calm. When Bryan talks, people listen. He makes every word count. A simple, yet powerful, insight from Bryan often provides the perfect solution. Bryan’s even keel is complemented by his even-handed approach to all business dealings. Bryan’s word is his bond, and it’s backed by an authenticity and commitment to excellence that serves HighCraft clients well.

“Everyone at HighCraft wants to make the client happy. We truly care. So we go above and beyond to make sure each client has the best experience possible.” – Bryan

LIKES: A systematic approach, a focus on the future, dark chocolate, follow through on one’s word, and latte art.

DISLIKES: Focusing on the negative, making the same mistake twice, and the sound of someone else chewing.

More than meets the eye:
Bryan studied in France and later in Italy, where he acquired a discriminating taste for good espresso and tiramisu. He also worked in the international business world for a few years before finding his passion in remodeling. When he’s not fly fishing or playing classical guitar, he enjoys spending free time with his family.

“We are writing to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent job HighCraft Builders did on our basement finish. Your timeliness, professionalism, friendliness, and management impressed us from the very beginning. Looking back to the starting point, we enjoyed working with Bryan Soth. He put together a detailed, organized, and thorough proposal. He then took the time to fully review the proposal with us and to answer our questions … we felt Bryan treated us with promptness and priority.” – Chris and Patty
