| HighCraft is Proud to Introduce Dave Oswandel |
|
HighCraft is proud to welcome Dave Oswandel to our team! Homeowners may not be able to say Dave's last name ten-times fast, but they
happily sing his praises when he's on the job. Dave attributes his attention to
detail and proactive approach to his Grandpa, who taught him a valuable lesson
early in life: "God gave you two ears and one mouth, Dave, so listen more than
you speak." Dave's listen-more philosophy serves him well as a project manager
for HighCraft, and his Construction Management degree from CSU comes in pretty
darn handy. Dave treats others the way he would like to be treated, and he's
always looking out for the client.
More than meets the eye: Dave has participated in
just about every sport, but as a teenager he played soccer
competitively in tournaments across the U.S., Mexico, Canada and
England. Dave's parents were born and raised in Loveland, and the
entire family of five attended CSU. Dave and his two siblings picked up
more than degrees in college - they all found spouses there, too. It's
safe to say the Oswandel family bleeds green and gold.

Indulge in an Exterior Facelift
| |
We
think houses are like people. Each has a distinct personality, and their unique
building materials and histories often affect their structural integrity and
physical appearance. Some look friendly and welcoming on the outside, while
others give off a cold and unapproachable first impression. And like people,
homes age - some far better than others. If your home's exterior is feeling
tired, saggy and unwelcoming consider a little nip-tuck facelift. Click here to read more of this month's Building Solutions.

HighCraft Certified Renovator in Lead-Based Paint
| According to the National Association of Home Builders, "A 2006 NAHB study on lead-safe work practices showed that a home was
better off after a remodel than before, as long as the work was
performed by trained remodelers". As one of the afore mentioned remodelers, HighCraft knows how important it is to take the new lead-base paint laws seriously. Before you begin your next remodeling project, large or small, do some research. Make sure the professional you hire is certified with the Environmental Protection Agency as a Certified Renovator.
