What You Need to Know About the EPA's Lead-Based Paint Rules
Paint

Effective in April 2010, the Environmental Protection Agency will begin strongly enforcing the Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP), which requires renovators to be certified and use lead-safe practices when working in pre-1978 properties.

Studies have consistently demonstrated association between lead exposure and increased health risk in both children and adults. Concern for lead poisoning in the United States has given rise to this new rule, and HighCraft is taking this issue very seriously. Recently our Project Managers as well as our trade partners took part in training and were certified with Colorado Hazard Control in lead-based paint abatement. As always, we are committed to keeping our clients safe and providing the best service possible!
