Design

Whether you already have design plans, or want our expert help with your design, we will work with you to develop everything you need for your specific project.

• A unique interactive process allows you to give as much input in the design as you like.
• Detailed final drawings define the entire scope of work and ensure that everybody understands the project in the same way.

Whatever your project calls for, we’ll accommodate all of your needs during the entire process.

Budget

At HighCraft Builders, we firmly believe that remodeling projects don’t need to be a painful process. A fixed cost bid and a dedicated timeline are just our way of making the process as comfortable as we can.

• As the design develops, we discuss budgets every step of the way.
• If you already have plans, great! We are happy to price them for you.
• Working with the same company for design and construction streamlines the entire project and helps ensure the end result you envisioned.
• Once we’ve completed our estimating, we’ll present a fixed cost bid and a dedicated time-line

Our budgets and time-lines are our pledge to you. Remember, if we exceed the budget or miss our time-lines, we’ll pay for it.

Contract

Once we have a well-defined scope of work and a fixed price we sign a contract with you, apply for a building permit and prepare for construction. That’s when turning your vision into reality gets underway. As part of this contract, we agree to:

• Minimize your discomfort by telling you exactly what we’ll do, when we’ll do it, and what you can expect.
• Listen to you when you tell us what you need, when we’re in your way, and what we can do better.
• Work with you to overcome problems together.
• Maintain a clean job site, so that you won’t be tripping over scraps or vacuuming sawdust.
