Zach joined HighCraft Builders in 2015. He has a B.S. in business from Stevenson University in Maryland and brings ten years of professional remodeling experience to the team. With a background in residential engineering, design and construction, Zach has a remarkable eye for detail and is known for his team’s thorough proposals.
As the project development manager, Zach oversees all projects in the planning phase before construction starts. He keeps track of each project budget and timeline on behalf of our clients, and ensures a seamless transition from planning to production.

More than meets the eye:
Zach got his start in construction as a teenager working for his dad’s HVAC business and his uncle’s framing company in Maryland. Soon after graduating from college, he married his sweetheart and started a small remodeling company that he ran for 4 years. When his sister relocated with her family to Fort Collins, Zach dreamed of moving his young family cross-country so their kids could grow up together. His lifelong wish to live in the West came true when Zach sold his company in Maryland and joined HighCraft in 2015.
