On time, on budget, and spectacular to work with! These are not usually words associated with a remodeling project, but they are exactly the words we would use to describe our experience with HighCraft Builders as the all time number 1 group of professionals. Their advertisements says that “You can count on us to deliver the greatest return on your addition investment – in terms of professionalism, overall cost and the value of complete satisfaction.” We can verify that every word is true!

Our original choice of contractor had quoted us a nine month completion date. From the day we met with them to go over our project, we were excited with their in-depth presentation and delighted with the depth and detail that went into the financial portion of the project. We continued to be impressed with the same attention to detail throughout the construction phase of the project. We were even more thrilled to know that they felt they could complete the project within 5 months.

During other projects, we were plagued by sub-contractors who did not keep their commitments and caused problems for the entire schedule. HighCraft gave us an undated schedule each week, and with few exceptions, everyone showed up when they were supposed to, returned when we needed them and performed in an admirable and professional manner. We attribute this to the exceptional on-site management of Dwight Sailer and the office management of Brian Soth. Both worked seamlessly to meet and exceed our expectations throughout the 6 month project.

Both my husband and I would recommend them as highly as possible to any one who wants exceptional quality workmanship and outstanding project management.

They also say that trust is the most important thing they build, and from our experience they won’t let you down. If our satisfaction is their measure of success, they should be thrilled with their track record!

Looking back to the starting point, we enjoyed working with Bryan Soth. He put together a detailed, organized, and thorough proposal. He then took the time to fully review the proposal with us and to answer our questions. Even though our work request was simple and small compared to that of other HighCraft customers, we felt Bryan treated us with promptness and priority.

Once the project got underway, our main contact was Aaron Seeburger. One of the qualities we valued most about Aaron was his responsiveness. He consistently answered our phone calls during the work day and responded to our after-hour voice mails immediately the following morning. In the early stages, he walked through the basement with us, fully explaining and clarifying every aspect of the project. As things started to wrap up, he remained steady in following through on the finishing touches. Aaron was easy going and a pleasure to work with.

In addition, HighCraft Builders did many little things which made a big difference. For instance, they entered through the basement window whenever possible to minimize our disturbance. They also knocked on the basement door always before entering the main level. They even brought in our morning newspaper on several occasions! We truly got the sense that HighCraft wasn’t just doing the job but really caring about the job, and that makes all the difference!
